Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings

  • 1 pack seafood ramen
  • 3 eggs
  • Some green onion
  • A little carrot
  • A little onion
  • A little shiitake mushroom
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 400ml water

  5. Add the cut ramen noodles and gently mix with the egg mixture.
  6. Cover the bowl with a lid and microwave at 800W for 7-8 minutes until the eggs are fluffy and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the microwave, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top, microwave again for 30 seconds to melt the cheese, and serve.

  4. Microwave for 7-8 minutes to cook the eggs.
  5. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese and microwave for another 30 seconds to melt.

Cooking tips 💡

  • The ramen noodles will cook further in the microwave along with the eggs, so be sure to boil them only until undercooked and chewy to prevent them from becoming soggy.
  • The type of vegetables is not fixed; feel free to change or omit them according to what you have in the fridge.
