- 1 pack seafood ramen
- 3 eggs
- Some green onion
- A little carrot
- A little onion
- A little shiitake mushroom
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 400ml water
Recipe 🍳
- Finely chop leftover vegetables from the fridge such as green onion, carrot, onion, and shiitake mushrooms.
- Crack 3 eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and beat well until the egg strings are broken.
- Boil the ramen noodles in boiling water until just undercooked (still chewy), then drain and cut them into small pieces with scissors.
- Add 400ml water, the chopped vegetables, and the ramen seasoning powder and dried vegetable flakes to the beaten eggs. Stir well.
- Add the cut ramen noodles and gently mix with the egg mixture.
- Cover the bowl with a lid and microwave at 800W for 7-8 minutes until the eggs are fluffy and cooked through.
- Remove from the microwave, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top, microwave again for 30 seconds to melt the cheese, and serve.
- Finely chop the vegetables from the fridge.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the vegetables, water, and ramen seasoning and mix.
- Boil the noodles until undercooked, cut them, and mix into the egg mixture.
- Microwave for 7-8 minutes to cook the eggs.
- Top with a slice of cheddar cheese and microwave for another 30 seconds to melt.
Cooking tips 💡
- The ramen noodles will cook further in the microwave along with the eggs, so be sure to boil them only until undercooked and chewy to prevent them from becoming soggy.
- The type of vegetables is not fixed; feel free to change or omit them according to what you have in the fridge.
