Recipe

Finely chop the onion to match the size of the ground pork.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil for cooking the noodles.
Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, add a bit of the chopped onion first, then place the ground pork on top and stir-fry together.
Once the meat and onion are browned and not clumping, add the remaining onion and stir-fry until translucent.
Add the liquid sauce from the jjajang ramyeon and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to the stir-fried ingredients to create a deeply flavored jjajang sauce.
Drain the boiled noodles and add them directly to the pan with the sauce; toss lightly to coat evenly.

Chop the onion finely to match the size of the ground pork.
Heat oil in a pan, add a little onion and the ground pork, and stir-fry.
Add the remaining onion, stir-fry, then mix in the jjajang ramyeon sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
