Cooking tips

  • Mix ketchup, starch syrup, cooking wine, and water in equal amounts (5 tbsp each), then add soy sauce and oyster sauce for a perfect sweet and salty seasoning.
  • After adding the sauce, reduce heat to low so the sauce doesn't burn and stays moist, soaking into the Spam.
  • Don't overcook the eggs; turn off the heat while they are still moist so they blend softly with the Spam and mayonnaise.
