Recipe

After soaking, rub the seaweed with mirin and let it sit for 5 minutes, then rinse well and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine the seaweed, 1L of water, and 2 coin broth cubes. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add 500ml of water, perilla seed powder, and salt. Uncover and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
