  • fresh chicken 1 whole (700g)
  • minced garlic 200g
  • soy sauce 50g
  • barbecue sauce 50g
  • peanut butter 80g
  • nodo oil 50g
  • sugar a pinch
  • five-spice powder 3g
  • black pepper 10g
  • seasoning 40g
  • egg 2 pieces

Recipe 🍳

  1. Mix minced garlic, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, nodo oil, sugar, five-spice powder, black pepper, seasoning, and egg together to make a thick, custom marinade.
  2. Remove excess fat from the fresh chicken and clean it thoroughly, then rub the marinade evenly on both the outside and inside of the chicken.
  3. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer and cook for about 15 minutes until fully cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
  4. Arrange the grilled whole chicken on a serving plate and generously pour the remaining garlic sauce over it to finish.
  1. Combine minced garlic, peanut butter, and all seasonings to create a custom sauce.
  2. Apply the prepared marinade evenly onto the cleaned fresh chicken.
  3. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes, then top with garlic sauce to complete.
