Toss it with a little sugar and sesame oil.Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, crack in the egg, and fry until the bottom is golden and crispy, cooking it sunny-side up with a runny yolk. Set aside.Reduce the heat to low. In the same pan, add the ground pork, 1 tsp fermented anchovy sauce, dashida, sugar, black pepper, and a splash of water. Stir-fry until the meat is crumbly and the moisture has evaporated.Cook the somyeon in a generous amount of boiling water, then rinse thoroughly in cold water and squeeze out the excess water.In a bowl, combine the cooked somyeon with gochugaru, gochujang, Jin-ganjang, minced garlic, sugar, starch syrup, vinegar, and dashida.
