Recipe 🍳

  2. Check if the chicken is done by piercing it with a chopstick—ensure it goes in smoothly without any blood or juice coming out. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and rest for a few minutes.
  3. Clean the scallions thoroughly and finely chop them.
  4. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan, add the chopped scallions, and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Once the scallion aroma rises, add 2 tablespoons of chicken broth from boiling the chicken, 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon, and 1/3 tablespoon of sugar. Stir well and simmer briefly to finish the sauce.
  6. Slice the cooled chicken into bite-sized pieces, arrange on a serving plate, and generously pour the prepared scallion oil sauce over the top.
