  • Costco Rotisserie Chicken
  • Chicken Breast: 150g
  • Beef Bone Soup: 500g
  • Black Pepper: 0.1g
  • Chives: 20g
  • Chicken Breast: 300g
  • Bacon: 130g
  • Chives: 50g
  • Onion: 200g
  • Crushed Pepper: 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 150g
  • Ranch Dressing: 100g
  • Hogi Bread

Recipe 🍳

  1. Prepare the rotisserie chicken. Separate the breast meat for the dish from the rest. Shred the breast meat along the grain. Done.
  2. Make the chicken soup. Add rice to a pot. Place chicken breast on top of the rice. Pour in beef bone soup and boil. Once boiling, add chives. Add black pepper. Boil a little longer to finish. Done.
  3. Make the chicken bake. Grease a frying pan with cooking oil. Add chicken breast. Add onion. Add bacon. Stir-fry until the onion wilts. Add crushed pepper. Add mozzarella cheese. Add chives and mix. Turn off the heat and add ranch dressing. Mix well to finish. Hollow out the hogi bread. Fill the hollowed-out hogi bread. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Done.
  1. Debone the rotisserie chicken breast, then make chicken soup with rice and chicken breast.
  2. Sauté chicken breast, onions, and bacon in a pan, then mix with cheese and chives.
  3. Fill hollowed rye bread with the stir-fried ingredients and serve with ranch dressing.
