Recipe 🍳

  1. Add the ingredients below to a ttukbaegi (earthenware pot) or a regular pot and stir-fry gently over low heat. When stir-frying with perilla oil, it's important to cook over the lowest possible heat to prevent burning, as perilla oil has a low smoke point and can easily burn with other ingredients.

  3. Homemade doenjang: 1 tablespoon * If homemade doenjang is unavailable, use a total of 2 tablespoons of store-bought doenjang.
  4. Store-bought doenjang: 1 tablespoon
  5. Store-bought cheonggukjang: 1 tablespoon
  6. Gochugaru: 1 tablespoon
  7. Once the ingredients are well stir-fried without burning, add 350ml of store-bought beef bone broth. Add the broth before the ingredients burn and mix well. You can use any type of broth you prefer, such as beef bone broth, anchovy broth, or kelp broth.
