Recipe

Bring a pot of water with salt to a boil, then add the linguine and cook for about 10 minutes.
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes, wash them thoroughly, cut them in half, and place them in a bowl.
Wash the fresh basil leaves, remove excess water, and tear or cut them into suitable sizes.
Crush the whole garlic cloves with the side of a knife, then mince finely to maximize the aroma.
In a large bowl, combine the prepared cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, half of the fresh basil, and a generous amount of olive oil.
Trim the white rind of the brie cheese slightly, cut it into bite-sized pieces, add to the bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it lightly and immediately add it to the bowl while still hot.
Quickly toss all the ingredients together until the brie cheese melts slightly from the heat of the pasta and coats the noodles.
Add the remaining fresh basil, toss lightly, and transfer to a plate to serve.

Cook the linguine in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
