Recipe 🍳

Slice garlic into thin pieces, and cut bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot and cook the pulley pasta until done.
Cook bacon in a pan without oil until crispy, then place on kitchen paper to drain excess fat. Reserve half for topping.
Add sliced garlic to the pan used for bacon and sauté to release aroma.
Add 400g of ground beef and stir continuously to break up clumps, cooking until fully browned throughout.
Drain off any moisture and oil released from the beef, then season with salt and pepper.
Add tomato sauce, ketchup, and mayonnaise, and bring to a boil while stirring to combine evenly.
Add the cooked pulley pasta and half of the crispy bacon, tossing well so the sauce coats everything.
Top with cheddar cheese and let it melt using residual heat. Sprinkle the remaining crispy bacon on top to finish.

Cook the pasta and prepare bacon and garlic by frying them ahead of time.
Sauté garlic and ground beef in a pan until fully cooked, then add sauce and bring to a boil.
Mix in the cooked pasta, bacon, and cheese, and toss together to complete.
