  • onion 1/2
  • perilla leaves 2~3 leaves
  • olive oil 3 tablespoons
  • apple vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • honey 1 tablespoon
  • salt 0.25 tablespoon
  • pepper a pinch
  • parsley powder a pinch

Recipe 🍳

  1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes thoroughly under running water and remove all stems.
  2. Blanch the cherry tomatoes in boiling water for 20 to 30 seconds, then immediately transfer them to cold water to cool down.
  3. Gently peel off the tomato skins and place them in a bowl.
  4. Chop half an onion finely and thinly slice 2 to 3 perilla leaves; add both to the bowl with the tomatoes.
  5. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons apple vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, and 0.25 tablespoon salt. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper.
  6. Gently toss the mixture, handling the tomatoes carefully so they don’t break apart.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with a pinch of parsley powder to finish. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
