Seungwoo Dad's Chadolbagi Stir-fried Udon

A super simple stir-fried noodle dish that finishes in one pan by not boiling the udon noodles separately but adding them with sliced brisket and a small amount of water, loosening the noodles with steam.

Cooking tips

  • Do not boil the udon noodles beforehand, as they can swell and break during cooking. Always add them in their firm state directly to the pan to cook with steam.
  • Adding plenty of green onions or chives at the end gives a fresh green color and makes the dish visually healthy and more complete.
  • If you want a spicier kick, add chili oil or peperoncino to the sauce.

Recommended for

  • Those who want to minimize dishes and make a delicious noodle dish in 10 minutes.
  • Those craving a savory and rich stir-fried udon for a late-night snack.
