- Shin Ramen 1 pack
- pork loin (tonkatsu size) 1 piece
- mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- egg 2 pieces
- flour 3 tablespoons
- breadcrumbs 1 cup
- vegetable oil as needed
- finely chopped green onion a little
- salt a little
- pepper a little
Recipe 🍳
- Poke holes in the pork loin with a fork and make small incisions, then season with salt and pepper.
- Coat the seasoned pork with flour, then egg wash, then breadcrumbs.
- Fry the pork in heated vegetable oil until golden and crisp, forming tonkatsu.
- In a serving bowl, mix Shin Ramen powder soup, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, and 1 egg yolk to create the sauce.
- Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles to desired doneness.
- After cooking, pour the hot noodle broth into the bowl with the sauce and stir well, then add the cooked noodles.
- Cut the fried tonkatsu into bite-sized pieces and place on top of the ramen, garnish with finely chopped green onion, and serve.
- Make small cuts in the pork and season with salt and pepper.
