  • Shin Ramen 1 pack
  • pork loin (tonkatsu size) 1 piece
  • mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • egg 2 pieces
  • flour 3 tablespoons
  • breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • vegetable oil as needed
  • finely chopped green onion a little
  • salt a little
  • pepper a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Poke holes in the pork loin with a fork and make small incisions, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the seasoned pork with flour, then egg wash, then breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry the pork in heated vegetable oil until golden and crisp, forming tonkatsu.
  4. In a serving bowl, mix Shin Ramen powder soup, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, and 1 egg yolk to create the sauce.
  5. Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles to desired doneness.
  6. After cooking, pour the hot noodle broth into the bowl with the sauce and stir well, then add the cooked noodles.
  7. Cut the fried tonkatsu into bite-sized pieces and place on top of the ramen, garnish with finely chopped green onion, and serve.
