- old kimchi 1/4 head
- green onion 3 stalks
- minced garlic 1/2 tablespoon
- sugar 1/2 tablespoon
- perilla oil 3 tablespoons
- dried anchovy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
- sesame seeds 1 tablespoon

- Rinse the old kimchi thoroughly to remove all seasoning, squeeze out excess moisture, and tear it into long strands.
- Chop the green onion finely and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the prepared old kimchi and chopped green onion, then add minced garlic and sugar.
- Add generous amounts of perilla oil and dried anchovy sauce for depth of flavor, then mix well.
- Finally, sprinkle plenty of sesame seeds over the top and toss evenly to finish.
- Wash the old kimchi, squeeze out moisture, and tear into strands.
