- Gochugaru, 2 tablespoons
- Oligosaccharide syrup, 1 tablespoon

- Slice the fish cake thickly to preserve texture, then warm it in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
- Thinly slice the cucumber, lightly salt it, then squeeze out as much water as possible by hand.
- In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon anchovy sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 0.5 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons gochugaru, and 1 tablespoon oligosaccharide syrup to make the seasoning sauce.
- Add the prepared fish cake, squeezed cucumber, and chopped green onion to the bowl with the seasoning sauce.
- Gently mix by hand until the ingredients are evenly coated with seasoning.
- Finally, drizzle 1 tablespoon sesame oil for a nutty aroma and lightly toss to finish.
- Thickly slice the fish cake and warm in microwave for 20 seconds.
- Thinly slice cucumber, salt, and squeeze out water.
- Mix soy sauce, anchovy sauce, garlic, sugar, gochugaru, and oligosaccharide syrup to make seasoning.
- Combine fish cake, cucumber, and green onion with seasoning, then finish with sesame oil.
