- squid sauce 2 tablespoons
- plum syrup 2 tablespoons
- red pepper powder to taste
- soy sauce 2 tablespoons

- minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
- monosodium glutamate a little
- sugar 2 tablespoons
Recipe 🍳
- Rinse the spring onion under running water, trim the base, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the cucumber and onion diagonally, and cut the water dropwort into manageable pieces; place all in a bowl.
- Add squid sauce 2 tablespoons, plum syrup 2 tablespoons, red pepper powder to taste, soy sauce 2 tablespoons, sesame oil 2 turns, minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon, monosodium glutamate a little, and sugar 2 tablespoons.
- Gently toss the spring onion and vegetables with the dressing until evenly coated.
- Cut the spring onion and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
