- pork 150g
- soybean paste 1 pack
- radish 1/5 head
- tofu 1/2 block
- green onion 1/2 bunch
- green chili pepper 1
- red chili pepper 1
- beef bone broth 500ml
- red chili powder 1 tablespoon
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Recipe 🍳
- Cut radish and tofu into bite-sized pieces, and finely chop green onion and chili peppers.
- Mix red chili powder, minced garlic, and light soy sauce to make the seasoning paste.
- Heat vegetable oil in a clay pot, add pork, seasoning paste, and a portion of soybean paste, then sauté until fragrant.
- Once the pork is cooked through, pour in beef bone broth, add the sliced radish and remaining soybean paste, and simmer together.
- When the broth begins to bubble, add tofu, green onion, and chili peppers, and cook briefly to finish.
- Prepare vegetables and tofu, and make the seasoning paste.
