Recipe

Soften the butter, then add powdered sugar, salt, egg yolk, and vanilla extract in order, mixing until smooth.
Sift in cake flour, almond flour, and baking powder, then gently fold with a spatula to form the dough.
Roll the dough out to about 1cm thickness, wrap in plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cut out rounds with a circular cutter, brush the surface with egg yolk, and use the back of a fork to draw the characteristic crosshatch pattern.
Place the dough rounds inside circular foil molds or rings to prevent spreading, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, reducing to 160°C, for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool in the molds, then remove the molds and cool completely to finish.

Mix butter and dry ingredients to make the dough, then roll to 1cm thickness and rest in the fridge.
Cut out rounds, brush with egg yolk, and draw a crosshatch pattern with a fork.
Place in circular rings and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden.
