Recipe

Place the sugar, salt, and instant dry yeast separately on the flour, coat them with flour, then mix together.
Take out the dough, press it with your hands to release the gas, then divide it into 8 pieces.
Brush the tops with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 14–15 minutes.
