- Rice: 300g
- Anchovies
- Kelp
- Bean Sprouts
- Beef: 300g
- Salt
- Pepper

Recipe 🍳
- Boil the following ingredients in water to make broth: Anchovies, Kelp.
- Soak 300g of rice (2 cups by paper cup) in 360ml of broth (2 cups by paper cup). 300g Rice (2 cups by paper cup), 360ml Broth (2 cups by paper cup).
- Place the following ingredients in a pot. Once the water starts boiling, reduce heat to low, add bean sprouts, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Add the soaked rice and broth. Bean Sprouts.
- Meanwhile, add the following ingredients to a pan and stir-fry until crispy: Cooking oil, 300g Beef, Salt, Pepper.
- After 10 minutes, add the following ingredients to the pot, cover, and let it steam for 10 minutes to complete! 300g Stir-fried Beef, 60g Scallions, 100g Korean Angelica, 25g Cheongyang Pepper, 15g Red Chili Pepper, 90ml Soy Sauce, 2 spoons Gochugaru (chili powder), 2 spoons Sugar, 2 spoons Anchovy Sauce, 2 spoons Perilla Oil, 2 spoons Sesame Seeds.
- Mix the following ingredients for a simple preparation! * Since water will be released naturally, you don't need to add extra water. 100g Korean Angelica, 25g Cheongyang Pepper, 15g Red Chili Pepper, 90ml Soy Sauce, 2 spoons Gochugaru (chili powder), 2 spoons Sugar, 2 spoons Anchovy Sauce, 2 spoons Perilla Oil, 2 spoons Sesame Seeds.
- Prepare the rice and accompanying ingredients.
- Cook or mix the main ingredients with seasoning.
- Serve over rice and garnish to finish.
