Recipe 🍳

  1. Mince the garlic very finely until no particles are visible. Finely mince the anchovy fillets into a paste.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Gradually add the minced anchovy, anchovy oil from the can, and olive oil, mixing gently to prevent separation until smooth.
  3. Add finely minced garlic, lime zest and juice, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped green onions. Mix to create a slightly thin, pourable Caesar dressing.
  4. Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and dry it completely. Cut it vertically into 4 wedges and arrange them on a plate, creating volume.
  5. Generously drizzle the dressing over the romaine lettuce, ensuring it penetrates between the leaves.
  6. Roughly crush the freeze-dried strawberries by hand and sprinkle them evenly over the dressing, allowing them to absorb the dressing.
  7. Top with sliced grilled chicken and a light sprinkle of pepper.
  8. Using a vegetable peeler or grater, shave thin pieces of Parmesan cheese block over the salad to finish.
