Okjubu's Rice Paper Gimbap

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • Egg 10 pieces
  • Gimbap seaweed 2 sheets
  • Square rice paper 2 sheets
  • Carrot rapha to taste
  • Cucumber 1/2 piece
  • Seasoning salt a little
  • Water a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Crack 10 eggs into a bowl, season with seasoning salt, mix well, and cook into a thick omelet in a pan.
  2. Place square rice paper on top of the gimbap seaweed.
  3. Lightly brush water on the surface of the rice paper to ensure it sticks firmly to the seaweed.
  4. Lay a generous amount of carrot rapha on top, then add thinly sliced cucumber.
  5. Finally, place the entire prepared omelet on top and roll tightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Layer carrot rapha, cucumber, and omelet, then roll tightly.
