Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- Egg 10 pieces
- Gimbap seaweed 2 sheets
- Square rice paper 2 sheets
- Carrot rapha to taste
- Cucumber 1/2 piece
- Seasoning salt a little
- Water a little
Recipe 🍳
- Crack 10 eggs into a bowl, season with seasoning salt, mix well, and cook into a thick omelet in a pan.
- Place square rice paper on top of the gimbap seaweed.
- Lightly brush water on the surface of the rice paper to ensure it sticks firmly to the seaweed.
- Lay a generous amount of carrot rapha on top, then add thinly sliced cucumber.
- Finally, place the entire prepared omelet on top and roll tightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix 10 eggs with seasoning salt and cook into a thick omelet.
- Place rice paper on seaweed and lightly apply water to secure it.
- Layer carrot rapha, cucumber, and omelet, then roll tightly.
