- ground beef 400g
- quail eggs 1 pack
- Chinese peppers 1 handful
- soy sauce half cup
- mirin half cup
- sugar half cup
- water half cup
- plum syrup 1 tablespoon
- dried anchovy stock a little
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
Recipe 🍳
- Wash Chinese peppers thoroughly, remove stems, and slice them into bite-sized pieces at an angle.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add 400g of ground beef without oil, and sauté until the raw color disappears.
- Once the beef turns white, add half cup soy sauce, half cup mirin, half cup sugar, and half cup water in order.
- Add 1 tablespoon plum syrup, a little dried anchovy stock, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic, then bring to a gentle boil.
- When the sauce begins to bubble, add the prepared quail eggs and sliced Chinese peppers generously.
- Simmer over medium heat until the quail eggs absorb the sauce and turn slightly brown, and the peppers become soft and tender.
- Slice Chinese peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- Add ground beef to a heated pan and sauté until no pink remains.
- Pour in soy sauce, mirin, sugar, water, and seasonings, then boil and add quail eggs and peppers to finish cooking.
