- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 can Spam
- 2 bowls of cold rice

Recipe 🍳
- Crack 6 eggs into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons curry powder and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and mix well.
- Slice the green onion into small pieces and dice the Spam into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
- Once the green onion releases its aroma, add the diced Spam and fry until golden brown.
- Add the cold rice and stir-fry until the rice is separate and slightly crispy.
- Pour the curry egg mixture over the rice and quickly stir-fry everything together until well combined. Serve immediately.
- Mix eggs, curry powder, and oyster sauce to make the sauce.
- Cut the green onion and Spam into appropriate sizes.
- Fry the green onion and Spam in a pan, then add cold rice and stir-fry.
- Pour the curry egg mixture over the rice and quickly toss until evenly coated.
