Okjubu's Ok Pad Pong Curry

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 can Spam
  • 2 bowls of cold rice
  • cooking oil as needed

Recipe 🍳

  1. Crack 6 eggs into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons curry powder and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and mix well.
  2. Slice the green onion into small pieces and dice the Spam into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
  4. Once the green onion releases its aroma, add the diced Spam and fry until golden brown.
  5. Add the cold rice and stir-fry until the rice is separate and slightly crispy.
  6. Pour the curry egg mixture over the rice and quickly stir-fry everything together until well combined. Serve immediately.

  3. Fry the green onion and Spam in a pan, then add cold rice and stir-fry.
