- store-bought bukkumi noodles 1 pack
- gochujang 1 tablespoon
- red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- sesame oil generously (about 2 tablespoons)
- light soy sauce a little
- minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
- vegetables for mixing (cucumber, lettuce, etc.) a small amount
Recipe 🍳
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the store-bought bukkumi noodles for about 5 minutes.
- Immediately rinse the cooked bukkumi noodles under cold water to remove starch, then thoroughly drain all excess water.
- In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon gochujang, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, generous sesame oil (about 2 tablespoons), a little light soy sauce, and 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic to make the dressing.
- Add the drained bukkumi noodles and sliced vegetables to the dressing.
- Gently toss until the sauce evenly coats the noodles.
- Boil water and cook the bukkumi noodles for 5 minutes.
- Rinse the cooked bukkumi noodles under cold water and drain well.
- Mix gochujang, red pepper powder, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
- Add the bukkumi noodles and vegetables to the dressing and toss evenly.
