Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- rice 1 pack
- pizza cheese 1 pack
- malasauce 1.5 tablespoons
- sausage 1 piece
- shrimp cracker 1/2 pack
Recipe 🍳
- Mix warm ready-made rice with pizza cheese and malasauce until evenly combined to make seasoned rice.
- Cut the sausage into large pieces for easier cooking.
- Spread the seasoned rice thinly and widely on a non-oiled pan, and cook it gently to evaporate moisture and form a firm base.
- Crush the shrimp crackers finely and sprinkle them evenly over the top surface of the rice.
- Once the bottom is golden brown and the cheese has helped the layers stick together, place the sausage on top and roll it up like an omelet.
- Let it cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces and finish by sprinkling any remaining shrimp cracker crumbs on top.

Cooking tips 💡
- Cheese acts as a binding agent when melted, so use plenty to help hold the roll together.
- Slicing immediately after rolling may cause the shape to fall apart, so always let it cool slightly before slicing.
