Recipe

Wash 100g of fresh strawberries thoroughly, remove excess water, and finely chop them into small pieces for a pleasant texture.
Add 2g of sugar and 3g of lemon juice to the chopped strawberries and mix well.
Let the strawberry mixture sit for about 10 minutes to macerate, allowing the juices to release.
Place the macerated strawberry pulp and juices into the bottom of a prepared glass or bottle.
Pour 180–200g of milk over the strawberries and stir well to finish.

Finely chop the strawberries.
Add sugar and lemon juice to the chopped strawberries and let macerate for 10 minutes.
Pour milk over the macerated strawberries and stir well to drink.
