• Kadaif crunch (15cm): 60g dried kadaif, 12g sugar, a pinch of salt, 35g melted unsalted butter, 50g white couverture chocolate, 30g chopped pistachios
• Pistachio cream: 100g white couverture chocolate, 55g heavy cream, 135g pistachio paste, 0.5g salt, 2g vanilla extract, 100g cream cheese, 3g lemon juice
• Icing ganache: 150g dark couverture chocolate, 150g heavy cream
• Drip ganache: 25g dark couverture chocolate, 25g heavy cream
