Finely chop the green onion, preparing more than double the amount typically used for regular ramyeon.
Once the water in the pot boils, add only the ramyeon noodles and dried vegetable soup packet, and boil for about 1 minute and 20 seconds until the noodles loosen. Then, drain in a sieve.
Place the chopped green onions in a bowl, top with the boiled noodles, and add about 1/2 to 2/3 of the powder soup, depending on your preference. Mix well.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, and first place the green onions that are loose from the seasoned noodles to enhance the aroma of the scallion oil.
Spread the noodles evenly and thinly over the pan, then reduce the heat to low.
Generously top the noodles with pizza cheese and cheddar cheese according to your taste. Cover the pan and cook for about 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds until the cheese melts.
Once the cheese has melted, open the lid, check the color of the bottom, and then slightly increase the heat to finish by making the bottom golden and crispy.
Transfer to a plate, cut into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese powder if desired to complete the dish.

Boil ramyeon noodles and dried vegetable soup for 1 minute and 20 seconds, then drain.
