  • pork loin, diced 200g
  • bell pepper 2 pieces
  • onion 1/2 piece
  • vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
  • soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  • oyster sauce 1.5 tablespoons
  • black pepper a pinch

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice pork and onion into even lengths and thicknesses.
  2. Cut bell peppers in half, remove seeds and inner membranes cleanly, then slice thinly along the grain.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add diced pork and stir-fry until fragrant, then add a small amount of soy sauce to enhance aroma.
  4. When the outside of the pork begins to cook, add diced onion and bell pepper all at once and stir-fry together.
  5. Add oyster sauce and black pepper, then stir-fry rapidly over high heat until all ingredients are well combined and finished.
