Cut the meat floss lengthwise in half.
Bend both ends of the halved meat floss inward to form a heart shape, then insert a skewer to secure the shape.
Chop the green onions and carrots finely so they can be mixed into the egg mixture.
Mix the finely chopped green onions and carrots into the leftover egg batter from the skewer pancake.
Heat the pan, add cooking oil, then place the heart-shaped meat floss on it, making sure the red side faces up.
Use a spoon to fill the inside of the heart shape with an appropriate amount of vegetable-egg mixture.
Cook over very low heat until the egg is just set and no longer runny, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Once completely cooled, carefully remove the skewer to finish.

Cut meat floss in half, curl the ends inward, insert a skewer to form a heart shape.
