Recipe 🍳
- Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan, add pork and stir-fry until fully cooked, then remove excess oil.
- Add 3 tablespoons of universal soy sauce along with prepared onion, green onion, and green chili pepper, and lightly stir-fry.
- Add 1 tablespoon of gochugaru and gradually pour in water to prevent the seasoning from burning.
- Stir-fry quickly over high heat until all moisture evaporates and the sauce becomes thick and well-coated on the pork.
- Turn off the heat once the sauce has reduced completely, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to finish.
- Stir-fry pork until cooked, remove excess oil, then add universal soy sauce and vegetables.
- Add gochugaru and a small amount of water, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Turn off heat when all moisture has evaporated, then drizzle with sesame oil.
Cooking tips 💡
- Never stir-fry gochugaru directly without adding water—this can easily burn the seasoning.
- Adjust spice level by varying the amount of gochugaru, and adjust saltiness by adjusting the amount of universal soy sauce.
