- Edible flowers, as needed
- Chervil, a little
- Thyme, a little
- Black pepper, a little
- Sourdough bread, as needed
- Burrata cheese 1
- Grapes 1 bunch
Recipe 🍳
- Thinly slice the firm, square, unsalted butter into even thicknesses.
- Lay parchment paper on a cutting board, spread out the butter slices one by one, and artfully arrange edible flowers on top.
- Finely chop the chervil and thyme, sprinkle them evenly over the butter, and lightly add black pepper.
- Stack the butter slices with herbs and flowers back together, forming the original rectangular shape.
- Wrap the entire stack with parchment paper, press firmly with your hands to seal, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Cut the well-chilled herb butter into bite-sized pieces and casually arrange them on a wooden board or plate.
- Arrange toasted sourdough bread around the butter, and place the burrata cheese and grapes in the center to complete the wine platter.
- Thinly slice the unsalted butter into even thicknesses.
- Sprinkle edible flowers, chopped chervil and thyme, and black pepper evenly over the butter slices.
- Stack the butter slices again, wrap with parchment paper, press, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Cut the chilled butter beautifully and arrange it with toasted bread, burrata cheese, and grapes to create the platter.
