- Vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon
- Store-bought gopchang 1 pack (200g)
- Water 1/3 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Parsley powder, a pinch
Recipe 🍳
- Grease a pan very lightly with vegetable oil and place one pack of trimmed store-bought gopchang without overlapping.
- Pour 1/3 cup of water evenly over the gopchang in the pan.
- As the water boils, the fat on the surface of the gopchang melts gently without burning, and the intestine fries in its own oil.
- Grill over high heat until all the water in the pan has evaporated; when only oil remains, cut the gopchang into bite-sized pieces.
- Once the gopchang is golden and crispy on all sides, generously top with mozzarella cheese, completely covering the gopchang.
- Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and wait until the cheese melts smoothly.
- When the cheese has completely melted, open the lid and sprinkle parsley powder to finish.
- Place gopchang and 1/3 cup water in a pan, and grill until the water evaporates.
- When the water reduces and oil appears, cut into bite-sized pieces and brown all sides.
- Pile on plenty of mozzarella cheese, cover, and melt over low heat to finish.
