- egg 3 pieces
- butter 1 tablespoon
- plain yogurt 1 tablespoon and a half
- honey 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳
- Trim off the hard edges of the sandwich bread neatly, then use a rolling pin to roll it out thinly and evenly into a flat sheet.
- Cut the sausage into halves to match the size and thickness suitable for rolling.
- Place one slice of slice cheese on the rolled-out sandwich bread, then add the sausage on top, and tightly roll it up like a sushi roll.
- In a wide bowl, beat 3 eggs well to make an egg wash, then roll the wrapped sandwich roll in the egg wash until evenly coated.

- In a small container, mix 1.5 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of lemon juice to create a refreshing and sweet dipping sauce.

- Trim the edges of the sandwich bread and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin.
- Layer slice cheese and sausage on the bread, then tightly roll it up.
- Coat the rolled sandwich roll evenly with beaten egg wash.
- Cook the sandwich roll in a buttered pan over medium heat, rotating it to achieve even browning.
- Mix plain yogurt, honey, salt, and lemon juice to make a custom sauce.
Cooking tips 💡
- When placing the sandwich roll in the pan, ensure the dry seam end is facing down so it doesn’t unravel and stays securely sealed during cooking.
- Butter and egg wash can easily burn on high heat, so always cook over medium-low heat, gently turning the roll to achieve a beautifully golden exterior.
- Adjust the amount of lemon juice in the yogurt sauce according to children’s taste preferences to balance the tartness and sweetness perfectly.
