Melt the dark couverture chocolate, unsalted butter, and fresh cream in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Add the sugar and salt to the melted chocolate mixture and mix.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix until evenly combined.
Sift in the cake flour, mix, and pour into 7×5cm muffin cups.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, then lower to 160°C and bake for 20 minutes. Cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator.

Cooking tips
