- red onion (1/4 of a medium onion)
- jalapeño (1 pepper)
- lime (1 lime)
- cilantro (a handful)

Recipe 🍳
- Remove seeds from the watermelon and cut into very small, uniform dice (cube-shaped).
- Finely chop the red onion and jalapeño to a similar size as the watermelon for balance.
- Cut the fresh lime in half and squeeze the juice into a separate bowl.
- Rinse the cilantro under running water, pat completely dry, and chop finely according to your preference.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced watermelon, red onion, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
- Add the prepared lime juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together thoroughly with a spoon until the flavors are well combined, and your refreshing salsa is ready.
- Finely chop the watermelon, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro into very small pieces.
- Combine all the prepared ingredients in a bowl and squeeze in the lime juice.
- Add olive oil, salt, and pepper, then mix evenly to finish.
