- premium soy sauce 30g
- white sugar 30g
- kanaari anchovy sauce 15g
- minced garlic 5g
- white syrup 10g
- medium-sized gochugaru 35g

- sesame oil a little
- onion a little (optional)
Recipe 🍳
- Mix together the specified amounts of fresh water, premium soy sauce, sugar, kanaari anchovy sauce, minced garlic, syrup, and medium-sized gochugaru to make the all-purpose jeotdak seasoning.
- Add the seasoning to prepared chives (add sliced onion if desired), then sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil for added richness.
- Use a spoon and chopsticks instead of hands to gently toss the vegetables, preventing them from wilting or developing a raw smell.
- Mix the specified ingredients to make the all-purpose seasoning.
- Add the seasoning, toasted sesame seeds, and sesame oil to the chives.
- Gently mix with chopsticks to finish.
Cooking tips 💡
- Do not mix sesame oil into the seasoning in advance, as it may spoil easily; always add it just before tossing the vegetables to preserve its rich aroma.
- Avoid pressing too hard with your hands, as this can dull the freshness and bring out a raw odor—gentle mixing with chopsticks is the key.
- If you prefer a tangy taste, you may add a small amount of vinegar according to your preference.
