- noodles for 2 servings
- ground pork 150g
- green onions 5 stalks
- peanuts a small amount
- egg yolk 1
- oyster sauce 0.5 tablespoon
- soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons
- peanut butter 5 tablespoons
- vinegar 1 tablespoon
- sesame oil 1 tablespoon
- chili oil 1 tablespoon
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
Recipe 🍳
- Chop green onions finely, and crush the peanuts for garnish using a knife.
- In a heated pan, add ground pork, 0.5 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 0.5 tablespoon soy sauce. Stir-fry until the meat is fully cooked.
- Boil the noodles in water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix 5 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon chili oil, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic to make the sauce.
- Toss the drained noodles thoroughly with the sauce.
- Top the tossed noodles with the fried pork, chopped green onions, crushed peanuts, and egg yolk to finish.
- Prepare green onions and peanuts by chopping and crushing them.
- Stir-fry ground pork with oyster sauce and soy sauce to make the topping.
- Cook the noodles and drain.
- Mix peanut butter and seasonings to create a custom sauce.
- Toss noodles with sauce and top with prepared garnishes to complete.
