  • smoked salmon 1 pack
  • whipping cream 200ml
  • horseradish sauce 3 tablespoons
  • sour cream 3 tablespoons
  • onion 1/4 head
  • green onion a little
  • capers 1-2 tablespoons
  • watercress enough
  • cucumber 1/2
  • whole peppercorns a little
  • lime 1

Recipe 🍳

  1. Chop the onion finely and slice the green onion into small pieces.
  2. Wrap the capers in kitchen paper and squeeze out all moisture, then chop them lightly.
  3. In a bowl, whip the cream until it holds its shape and doesn’t run when the whisk is inverted.
  4. Add 3 tablespoons of horseradish sauce, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, chopped onion, green onion, and capers to the whipped cream.
  5. Gently fold the mixture up and down using a spatula to maintain the cream’s volume and create the cloud-like sauce.
  6. Slice the cucumber thinly and wash the watercress thoroughly.
  7. On a plate, mound the finished cloud sauce like a fluffy cloud.
  8. Place the smoked salmon on top of the sauce and arrange the cucumber and watercress around it harmoniously.
  9. Finally, grind whole peppercorns over the dish and grate lime zest on top to finish.
  1. Chop onion, green onion, and dried capers finely.
  2. Gently mix the whipped cream with horseradish sauce, sour cream, and chopped ingredients to make the sauce.
  3. Mound the sauce on the plate like a cloud and place salmon, cucumber, and watercress on top.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper and lime zest to finish.
